Films in development
Undertow Set in a remote cottage in the Scottish Highlands, Undertow is an intense 18-minute drama about a male rape and its aftermath. With its stark and spectacular setting, the film will be visually impressive. And it will have a strong soundtrack, with scarcely any dialogue.
The Blind Waves A feature film about grief and the legacy of domestic violence, The Blind Waves tells the story of a young man who must decide whether to adopt his young nephew after his violent twin sister hangs herself. It is set in London and beside the spectacular sea cliffs of North Yorkshire, where it rises inexorably to a climax of searing physical action.
Michael Keane A feature film about a disturbed adopted teenager's journey of self-discovery.
This script is wonderful. You are a great talent – Malia Scotch Marmo, Professor of Screenwriting, Columbia University; Screenwriter, Jurassic Park, Once Around, Hook
Attila Humphries A darkly comic, hour-long film about a genetic clone of Attila the Hun living as a troubled teenager living in an economically deprived neighbourhood in London.
The idea and your execution of it is marvellous. The script is as funny as it gets – Humphrey Barclay, former Head of Comedy, ITV, and Head of Comedy at Celador Productions
Tom has written and directed two short films, Balham vs Clapham (8 mins) and Dreaming of Leo (15 mins). To read more and watch them, go to www.twotalkingfilms.com.
